My name is Sierra and I am a School-Based Therapist in West Allis/West Milwaukee school district. I graduated with my Master's degree in Social Work from George Williams College. I specialize in generalist practice and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques when working with clients. I believe that building rapport and a positive therapeutic relationship with clients is essential to their growth and progress. I use strengths perspective and systems theory to further understand individuals and families.
