Hannah Cappellini

Hannah Cappellini is a third-year graduate student completing her internship at PSG. She is currently in Mount Mary University’s M.S. in professional counseling program with a clinical mental health counseling concentration. Hannah has worked with children and adolescents with emotional regulation and behavioral concerns, autism spectrum disorder, and a variety other mental health concerns in an alternative special education setting for 4 years. Hannah works from a strengths-based, person-centered approach and views therapy as a collaborative process between the client and therapist that should be tailored to fit each client’s unique needs. Hannah believes in the importance of taking time to build rapport with clients and create a safe space in which therapeutic change can occur. Hannah recognizes the importance of the client’s culture and values in deciding what is explored in the therapy process. Hannah believes that all clients have the capacity for growth and change.
