My name is Courtney, I am an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) in the Outpatient Clinic West Allis. I received my bachelor's in social work (BSW) in 2018 from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, then received my master's in social work (MSW) from Widener University in Chester, PA in May 2023. I completed my clinical internship with PSG and have done a variety of case management/care coordination for at-risk individuals with families, adults, and children. My specialties include working with adolescents through adults who have been experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and disorders such as borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. I have worked with a variety of populations and take an approach of individualized treatment. The client is the expert in their own experience and guides the sessions or what intervention is needed. I offer a calm presence that can make clients feel empowered to be who they are and guide their own treatment process.
