Emily Jones, BA, SAC-IT
Emily Jones received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University with an emphasis on Diversity Studies. Emily has her Substance Abuse Counseling-In Training (SAC-IT) license and is working towards her master’s degree of Clinical Psychology at Cardinal Stritch University. She has experience working with people who have experienced trauma as well as people who have diagnoses of depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, substance use disorders, mood disorders, and sleep disorders. Emily utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), self-compassion therapy, and dialectal behavior therapy (DBT) in her work with clients. She prioritizes evidence-based treatments along with working with the client to develop their unique treatment plan and goals.
