Katie Ralph, BS
Katie Ralph (she/her) has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice alongside a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on providing Trauma Informed Care from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. Katie completed an extensive internship throughout 2021 with Professional Services Group. While currently providing services as a Therapist in the Comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program, she is working towards licensure as both a professional counselor and substance abuse counselor. Katie has experience working with adolescent and adult populations. During her work with clients, Katie has treated folks experiencing challenges managing Anxiety, Depression, Family Systems Conflict, Substance Use, and Trauma. As a standard of practice, she ensures each approach is tailored to client needs. Primary approaches utilized consists of Strength-Based, Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral and Trauma Informed. Katie believes the client holds the strength and ability to navigate his or her presenting issues, while providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to explore challenges at a comfortable pace. Her professional goal is to increase wellness at the individual and communal level.
