Job Description

This position performs a wide range of administrative and support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Families First Program, a program which provides case management services to families with children who have severe emotional disabilities. Responsibilities will include assistance with the hiring process, prepping materials for activities and groups, maintaining various spreadsheets, maintaining referral records and tracking, recording written minutes of department meetings, and other duties as needed.

The hours of this position will include Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Flexible work arrangements available after six months of employment.

Requirements

Applicant must possess a high school diploma. Previous office experience and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook preferred. Driver's license required with proof of valid auto insurance. Background and drug test required.
