Job Description

This position provides assistance to State Licensors to complete the licensing process for Residential Care Centers, Group Homes, Shelter Care Facilities, and Child Placing Agencies. This position is based out of the Waukesha office, however, traveling to facilities is required.
Responsibilities include assisting State Licensors in reviewing Serious Incident Reports, verifying Correction Plans, processing licensing applications for facilities, making record requests, completing monitoring visits, and entering documentation. Skills applicable to this position are data entry, experience answering phone calls and receiving information over the phone, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, customer service, and experience providing care to youth.

Requirements

Education & Training Requirements:
* Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field; or, at minimum, five years of experience/training related to child welfare
* Background check and drug test required
* Must have a valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
