Paul J. Moeller President/Chief Executive Officier

Paul Moeller is the President of the Board of Directors of Professional Services Group and serves as the Executive Director of Community Impact Programs. He has been with the Agency since December 2002. He received his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. Mr. Moeller brings over 33 years of experience as a direct practitioner and administrator. He has worked in the private and public sectors as well as for profit and non-profit agencies.

Chris Schoen Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officier

He is the Vice President of the PSG Board of Directors and also serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Chris Schoen received his Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on children and family practice from Loyola University-Chicago. Mr. Schoen has been with Professional Services Group, Inc. since 1997. Mr. Schoen is also an adjunct professor in the Sociology Department at Carthage College.

Leah Featherstone Vice President of Clinical Operations

Dr. Leah Featherstone earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She began her employment with Professional Services Group in 2005 until 2007, when she began attending the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology to obtain her Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. After completing an internship, she returned to PSG in 2012 to provide therapy and assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults as a licensed psychologist. Dr. Featherstone is the Clinical Administrator and responsible for overseeing clinical operations in Kenosha, Racine, West Allis, and West Bend.

Lara Shoemaker Vice President of Programming

Lara Shoemaker graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison and then a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and has been with Professional Services Group for eight years. She has worked in child welfare in various capacities since 2007, and is currently the coordinator of programming in Milwaukee County for PSG.

Michelle Runnion Director of Family Services - Kenosha

Michelle Runnion received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Benedictine College. She began her employment with Professional Services Group in 1995, and has served as supervisor in numerous programs since 1998. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor. Ms. Runnion is currently the Coordinator of Family Services.

Jonathan Grapengieser Director of Mental Health Services

Dr. Jon Grapengieser received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and later his Master’s degree and doctorate in clinical psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology. He began his employment with Professional Services Group in 2013, and has provided clinical services through the West Allis and Kenosha outpatient mental health clinics. Dr. Grapengieser is a licensed clinical psychologist and currently supervises the West Allis and West Bend clinics.

Luci Arroyo Director of Racine Programming

Luci Arroyo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish and a Master’s Degree in Education. Mrs. Arroyo has been with Professional Services Group since 1997. Since becoming a supervisor in 2000, she has supervised an array of programs through Racine County Human Services Department, Workforce Development Center and Racine Unified School District.
