Brian A. Wolf, Ph.D., President

Brian Wolf is President of the Board of Directors of Professional Services Group and also serves as Clinical Director. He has been with PSG since its inception in 1982. Dr. Wolf has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, and a Post Doctoral Master’s Degree in Psychopharmacology. Dr. Wolf is a licensed Psychologist, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Cognitive Therapist.

Dr. Wolf is supervisor for all PSG Clinical Services and provides emergency psychological intervention to all programs within Professional Services Group. He has presented professionally at the American Psychological Association, the Convention of the National Academy of Neuropsychologists, the Medical Grand Rounds at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, the Illinois Psychological Association, and the Wisconsin Psychological Association. Dr. Wolf’s work has been published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, the International Journal of Neuroscience, and Clinical Neuropsychology.

Paul J. Moeller, Vice President

Paul Moeller is Vice President of the Board of Directors of Professional Services Group and also serves as Chief Operating Officer. He has been with the agency since December of 2002, and he has a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

Mr. Moeller has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of Milwaukee programming. He works closely with the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare in efforts to enhance the overall service delivery system by providing quality, flexible and responsive programming. Mr. Moeller brings over 26 years of experience as a direct practitioner and administrator. He has worked in the private and public sectors as well as for both profit and non-profit agencies.

Dan Baran is Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Professional Services Group and has been with PSG since its inception in 1982. Mr. Baran has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. He is a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and an Intermediate Clinical Supervisor.

As the major grant writer, Mr. Baran has alone co-authored over $14,000,000 worth of grants in the areas of human services and treatment for high-risk children and adolescents. Mr. Baran is responsible for all Racine County programming and has attained a significant level of involvement in the Racine community.

David M. Houghton, Chief Executive Officer

David Houghton is Chief Executive Officer of Professional Services Group and Executive Director of Community Impact Programs. He has been with PSG since its inception in 1982. Mr. Houghton has both a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Mr. Houghton is a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, an Intermediate Clinical Supervisor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Mr. Houghton is well-known in Kenosha and throughout the State of Wisconsin for his leadership in providing innovative programming in the areas of human services and workforce development. Mr. Houghton has been an integral part in helping to design Kenosha’s multi-agency approach to working with adjudicated, delinquent youth and adolescents. Mr. Houghton has worked extensively in collaborative efforts with the Kenosha Unified School District, the Kenosha County Division of Children and Family Services, the State of Wisconsin, and many other local and state agencies.

Debora Klopp, Shareholder

Deb Klopp, Shareholder, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling. Ms. Klopp has been with Professional Services Group since 1991.  She is Coordinator for Northern County programming, including Marathon, Portage, Winnebago and Wood Counties.

Michelle Runnion, Shareholder

Michelle Runnion received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Benedictine College.  She began her employment with Professional Services Group in 1995, and has served as supervisor in numerous programs since 1998.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor.  Ms. Runnion is currently the Coordinator of Family Services.

 

 


Chris Schoen, Shareholder

Chris Schoen received his Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on children and family practice from Loyola University-Chicago. Mr. Schoen has been with Professional Services Group, Inc. since 1997. He is currently the Coordinator of Delinquency and Prevention in Kenosha County.  Mr. Schoen is also an adjunct professor in the Sociology department at Carthage College.
